01. Booking, Confirmation & PaymentsAll tour packages, tailor-made itineraries, and outdoor activities are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Balance payments must be settled in accordance with the invoice terms before the expedition start date. Destinator Travels & Tours (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to adjust reservations if payment terms are not met.
02. Itinerary Adjustments & Weather ContingenciesThe Central Highlands and protected forest reserves experience rapid weather fluctuations. For traveler safety, our certified guides and expedition leads reserve the authority to alter trekking routes, camp locations, or activity schedules in response to adverse weather conditions, safety advisories, or state authority guidelines.

Sanctuary Permits & Environmental ConservationExpeditions within UNESCO World Heritage zones (Knuckles Mountain Range, Horton Plains, Sinharaja, and Peak Wilderness Sanctuary) adhere strictly to Department of Wildlife Conservation regulations. Zero-litter policies and respectful adherence to natural ecosystems are mandatory for all travelers.
04. Liability, Travel Insurance & Health ClearanceParticipants engaging in hiking, trekking, watersports, and adventure excursions must possess comprehensive personal travel and medical insurance.
